This is what was reported in Monrovia Newspaper after Jophelia’s Call for action.
She addressed the press on the 24th of May to highlight some of the challenges children are facing in Liberia and the ECOWAS region.

Topic: How to be a active broadcaster or the importance of being a broadcaster..

The training first started with self introduction and using one word that describes their personality.
After that the students exercise that put in to use the power of listening to others when they’re speaking.
They also talked about communication and how important it is in leadership. They spoke about who a leader is and what does it mean when we say leadership. We discuss about the types of communication.
Verbal communication, non verbal communication and listening.
We did a drama on poor communication and good communication.
We also discussed about how it takes team work for us to communicate meaning that all the three types of communication need to be present to carry out effective communication.
We also discussed the attributes of a great leader. You should be a good decision maker , a problem solver and a critical thinker.
After the workshop we give feedbacks and everyone feedback was good some said they admire sis Beatrice way of teaching, others said she has a very effective communication skill , another person said she’s brilliant as she is beautiful , another person point out how interactive her presentation was and how much they enjoyed it. The comments were all good and the workshop was fun and very educative.
